Here at Carrick Boarding Kennels and Cattery we specialise in looking after your pet ensuring you have peace of mind whilst away.

Our kennels can board 25 dogs and 6 cats and with 3 full time and 2 part time staff individual attention is assured to all guests.

All dog bedrooms are tiled and have heating / air-conditioning available depending on weather conditions. The bedrooms are spacious and range in size from 8ft x 8ft to 16ft x 16ft to facilitate singles / doubles or more from same home.

Soft background classical music is played in the kennels to soothe and relax.

Cat bedrooms are 8ft x 5ft x 4ft units with heating , providing your cat with a safe and healthy environment.

All dogs (depending on age and health) are walked twice a day on flexi exercise leads in our fields ranging from 10 to 30 minutes in regard to breed requirements.

Secure play paddocks are also a large part of the daily routine. Lots of hours of fun are spent making new friends , chasing ball or simply relaxing.

All guests are given treats at bedtime, even the plumper ones can have a treat from our special low calorie treat jar .

The staff would like to know as much detail about your animal as possible to ensure a happy holiday .Nervous animals need extra care and attention. Medical information is essential – so don`t forget to tell us everything about your pet no matter how minor it may seem. All animals need lots of love and attention and we like to know what they like best ! Let us know your animals likes and dislikes during their stay with us .We like to pamper all our holiday guests.

We provide all leads / bowls /food / bedding etc… but you are welcome to bring your pets favourite toy or an item of clothing that has the owners scent on it to assist in settling in.
